2lb pork roast
1 can cranberry sauce
1 cup applesauce (we used plain, basic applesauce)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 small onion, chopped (we used vidalia)
Combine everything in a gallon sized bag. Allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Pour bag contents into crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
We enjoyed this last night and everyone seemed happy with the results (even the kids). I remembered to snap a pic right before putting the leftovers away.
