Day 5

Day 5 wasn't nearly as positive as the past few runs. Instead of running on Wednesday morning, I ended up running in the afternoon. It was warmer (obviously) and I was already tired from a full day of work.

My lungs started giving out pretty quickly and I didn't make it the full 1.5 minutes each time. But, I did my best and that is all I can expect of myself.

I did get the chance to talk with a friend about and tricks. I'm going to be applying her suggestions over the next couple of weeks to see if I see any improvement.

Today should be Day 6...but I couldn't get motivated this it looks like I'll be attempting an afternoon run again. Wish me luck.
